At PikHost Albania sh.p.k., I own pricing and revenue for a portfolio of 270 short-term rental properties across multiple Albanian markets and property types. I set daily rates, minimum stays, and seasonal strategies using Beyond and Wheelhouse.
I track occupancy, ADR, booking pace, and competitor activity to adjust pricing. I also prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports and forecasts for leadership and owners.
I manage distribution across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Agoda, and Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy through Hostaway, integrating channels and pricing tools via API keys. I work with operations and owners to align pricing with availability, owner goals, and guest experience.
After a pricing discrepancy, I introduced a review process to reduce recurring errors. As PikHost Albania's first operations hire, I built the operations function from scratch and led a team of up to 15 people.
