I'm looking for a detail-focused operations, quality control, administrative, or digital support role where I can manage accurate records, coordinate workflows, solve issues, and grow my technical skills.

At Eka Luxury Apartments, I perform quality-control checks across short-term rental properties, ensuring guest-facing information, inventory, and operational records remain accurate and up to standard.

I manage records for inventory, guest payments and collections, expenses, property issues, and recurring tasks using Excel and digital tools. I also support Booking.com and Airbnb reservation workflows while communicating clearly with international guests about reservations, access, payments, maintenance, and service requests.

I coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and technical staff to resolve issues efficiently, document follow-up, and prioritize time-sensitive work across multiple units.

Alongside my operations experience, I'm completing Computer Science studies at POLIS University with a 9.75/10 academic average. My coursework has built my foundation in programming, web technologies, computer networks, software development, and analytical problem solving.
