What I'm looking for
I am a Business Improvement Consultant experienced in helping businesses deliver continuous improvement, team leadership & team building, and client relationships & retention. At Aradel Holdings PLC, I identify, lead, and execute the CI strategy for assigned areas using CI Methods (e.g. LEAN, KAIZEN; Scrum), facilitating daily Kaizen events and guiding teams through problem-solving. I support solution development to improve workflows, productivity, quality, and reduce waste, while tracking performance with effective Lead Indicators and maintaining a Kaizen dashboard.
I am also Scrum Fundamental certified and I love to diagnose and solve problems through structured transformation work. Previously at Jedon Consult, I conducted legacy systems reviews, organized co-facilitated strategy workshops, and supported the development and implementation of performance management, talent management, and competency management systems; I also helped deliver value stream mapping to discover and remove hidden wastes and improve leadership and organizational effectiveness. Earlier roles included Customer Service & Admin (invoices/receipts, complaint handling, customer feedback analysis) and Marketing/Client acquisition and insurance placement support, strengthening my customer-focused, results-driven approach.
