What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead process improvement and business planning—streamlining workflows, managing vendors, supporting risk-aware decision-making, and driving growth through strong client relationships.

I’m a Business Process Manager who helps organizations improve performance through long- and short-term planning, workflow streamlining, and vendor management. I bring an analytical mindset shaped by my background in agriculture and my early focus on budgets and organizational efficiency.

Across my roles as an Administrative Analyst and Risk Analyst, I analyzed financial data to build budgets that address both current and future needs. I’ve consistently worked to reduce costs, strengthen performance, and bring clarity to decision-making with practical reporting.

In people-facing functions, I’ve led HR initiatives as a Human Resource Supervisor and Business Support professional—developing procedures to improve organizational effectiveness, managing high ticket clients, and supporting recovery of outstanding loan balances from defaulted clients. I also handled Security Operations work, collecting security data, identifying threats and vulnerabilities, and designing strategies to meet present and future challenges.

Most recently, I’ve planned market strategies and expanded client relationships as a Business Development Manager, and I now develop and execute business plans while maximizing productivity and operational flow. I’m also building toward stronger project leadership with the Google Project Management Certificate, so I can deliver outcomes in agile, predictive, and business-driven ways.
