In my current role at General Vision Services, I support daily optical and lab operations by coordinating spectacle and contact lens orders, handling dispensing, adjustments, repairs, and prescription verification, and keeping incoming orders moving to timely fulfillment.

Previously at Eyebox NYC, I served as Optical Lab Operations Manager & Billing Specialist—overseeing workflow, job setup, fulfillment operations, and third-party lab coordination. I monitored weekly operational metrics, ran quality assurance inspections for prescription and cosmetic accuracy, processed billing and insurance materials through VSP, and produced 30+ edging jobs daily while meeting turnaround expectations.

Earlier at LensCrafters, I led in-house lab operations as a Lead Lab Technician & Apprentice Optician, prioritizing urgent work, completing quality control checks, and training incoming opticians and lab technicians. I also worked as an Optometric Technician at Perspective Family Eyecare, supporting patient intake, insurance verification, and diagnostic testing workflows.
