At TengoInternet, I moved from L1 Network Technician to L2 Network Technician Lead, handling network incidents and multi-site support. As the NOC’s technical lead and final Layer 1–4 escalation point, I recovered 600+ access points that were online but not broadcasting an SSID during a Ruckus SmartZone migration.
I replaced a one-router-interface-per-VLAN design with a router-on-a-stick model and logical IP scheme, then wrote the SOP that made it company standard. I also traced a fleet-wide power-recovery issue to a BIOSAC setting and made the corrected configuration standard.
