I am a results-driven NOC and network engineer with extensive experience monitoring and troubleshooting multi-vendor network environments for large enterprise clients. I specialize in incident management, ticket triage in ServiceNow, and collaborating with vendors and ISPs to restore service and reduce downtime.
At JP Morgan Chase and American Electric Power I handled first-level troubleshooting, escalations, and root-cause analysis using tools such as SolarWinds, Netcool, Grafana, ThousandEyes, Splunk, Riverbed, and Wireshark.
