I'm currently a Floor Captain at Pony Restaurant, leading dinner operations through daily system and 86-item checks, staff briefings, section assignments, and operational reporting to the Restaurant Manager.

I handle VIP and repeat guests, monitor satisfaction throughout service, and keep communication flowing between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams. I also supervise staff and daily workers, manage wine inventory, and coordinate section rotations.

Across Divan Hotel, Banyan Tree Ungasan Bali, Novotel Hotel Bali, and The Laguna Resort and Spa Bali, I've built more than 10 years of hospitality experience in waiter, bartender, bar waiter, and cashier roles. I've supported restaurant openings, delivered personalized guest service, prepared beverages to standard recipes, handled billing and cash floats, and assisted with banquets and events.

I'm looking to bring my customer service, bar operations, cash-handling, and reporting experience to a Finance Clerk or F&B operational role while continuing to grow in hospitality.
