As a Sales Assistant – Gold Jewelry Store, I helped customers select gold and diamond jewelry based on preferences and budget, using knowledge of diamond characteristics (4Cs) and gold purity, while maintaining product displays and handling items with care.

In my Customer Service Representative E-commerce Business role, I managed customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or social media, processed and coordinated orders with accuracy, and resolved issues professionally—balancing multiple conversations while meeting response deadlines. I also bring marketing capability from my Marketing Intern, IPS Contracting experience, where I conducted market research and competitor analysis, helped plan events, supported email marketing campaigns, tracked marketing meteics, and prepared performance reports.
