I’m looking for a digital marketing role where I can use AI-driven tools, improve SEO and content, and support customers through better experiences—while learning fast in a collaborative team and contributing measurable KPI impact.

I’m a customer-focused digital marketing student who blends hands-on marketing support with real customer service and HR experience. I’ve supported wider development efforts, managed website design and content, and monitored KPIs to keep digital marketing activities aligned with organizational goals.

I bring strong customer-first communication skills from my customer service background, along with an interest in chatbot-driven customer support (including Voiceflow) and generative AI.
