I’m a Senior Application Engineer and Calibre physical design verification expert with 7+ years of hands-on experience across the full physical verification and extraction stack. I specialize in advanced-node DRC/LVS/LPE/PERC and 3DIC-PV for leading foundry platforms like TSMC and Samsung Foundry.

I’ve built a proven track record of owning PV methodology end to end—defining flows, building automation, and driving sign-off closure. As the Calibre DS account owner in Korea, I led PV methodology consulting and successful tape-outs for SK hynix and LG Electronics, with measurable runtime and quality-of-results gains.

I deliver practical impact by optimizing PV performance and collaborating closely with Siemens EDA Calibre PE and R&D teams. At Siemens EDA (Mentor Graphics), I’ve driven Samsung Foundry PDK accuracy improvement and supported custom PV rule development for heterogeneous integration, including sign-off readiness for advanced 3DIC/packaging flows. I also deliver DRC/LVS/ESD verification for SK hynix memories and LGE SoC devices using custom Calibre solutions—including 5-6X PERC speedup on HBM devices and tailored PERC/ESD failure solutions.
