At STCLab, I created Wave, a Kubernetes operations product in production that addresses operational reliability gaps in Amazon EKS and OpenShift. I built and run the solution development and solution engineering teams, and manage work across pre-sales, solution development, solution engineering, and partner development.

I earned AWS EKS Service Ready status—the first in APAC—and Red Hat Partner status, and enabled AWS, Red Hat, and HPE field teams. I’m also building an AI SRE agent for Kubernetes operations on Wave; it’s currently pre-production.
