At JMJ Korea, I lead technical execution for power semiconductor development and qualification programs, covering test readiness, manufacturing release, customer requirements, and issue resolution.
I established internal Test Engineering capability for SiC and silicon power products, including test coverage, programs, hardware requirements, and qualification methods. For an automotive dual-sided cooling Battery Disconnect Unit, I established final-test capability and achieved readiness approximately one month ahead of product arrival.
At onsemi, I managed CMOS Logic products through development, qualification, manufacturing release, sustaining, transfers, and end of life. I led a dual-site to quad-site production-test conversion that improved UPH by approximately 80%, reduced test cost, and increased capacity without additional equipment investment.
