I’m seeking a remote technical support, help desk, product support, or customer support role where I can troubleshoot issues, guide users clearly, document work accurately, and continue building my technical skills.

I bring hands-on experience in U.S. Army satellite communications, remote account-access support at First Hawaiian Bank, enterprise IT asset handling at Matson, and fiber-optic installation. I troubleshoot methodically, document work accurately, explain solutions clearly, and remain calm in high-volume customer-support environments.

I am seeking a remote IT help desk, technical support, product support, or customer support role. I am also building programming and Python skills through practical, AI-assisted projects while strengthening the fundamentals needed to verify and maintain the systems I create.
