What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a technical support role where I can handle hardware and network troubleshooting, manage tickets, and provide clear, customer-first resolutions with strong documentation and system diagnosis.

I’m applying for the Technical Support Specialist role because I combine deep troubleshooting capability with a proven track record of resolving user issues quickly and clearly.

In high-pressure military environments as an Avionics Technician for the U.S. Air Force, I performed precision maintenance, system diagnostics, and component-level troubleshooting on complex communication and navigation systems.

In my current role at AT&T Prime Communications, I manage technical support tickets, resolve user infrastructure inquiries, and use CRM and POS systems to streamline operations and keep service moving.

My Computer Science degrees from SUNY Empire State College strengthen my foundation in networking, operating systems, and core software architecture.
