What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead recruitment and HR service delivery with SLA-driven excellence—sourcing the right technical talent, improving process efficiency, and building strong engagement and retention through meaningful hiring, offer, and onboarding experiences.

I’m currently a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Infosys BPM Limited, where I manage and execute TA activities as per SLA and hiring needs, largely for technical roles. I assist and coordinate with the TA recruiting team on ATS-related queries, handle audit and compliance for end-to-end process audits, and support offer management within guidelines. I also coordinate with leadership and vendors to drive process improvements and deliver excellence.

Before this, I worked at Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd. across HR service delivery roles—promoted into an HR Analyst track, handling SLA analysis, team huddles, engagement activities, and mentoring new joiners. I also managed payroll activities, created postings for talent pooling with job descriptions for right candidate sourcing, and contributed to KT, idea generation, and employee engagement. Earlier, I led talent acquisition and onboarding-to-exit formalities in an HR and admin executive role, which strengthened my focus on performance management, retention, and employee grievance handling.
