What I'm looking for

I seek patient-focused clinical pharmacist roles in collaborative teams where I can deliver medication reviews, improve safety, and continue professional development.

I am a clinically focused pharmacist with experience across primary care and hospital settings, trained at University College London with GPhC registration. I have led medication reviews, heart-failure and paediatric asthma reviews, managed medication records, resolved hospital correspondence and addressed complex medication queries to improve patient outcomes.

I completed the CPPE Primary Care Pathway and have practical skills using EMIS and EPIC Hyperspace alongside strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving experience. My background includes frontline dispensing roles and physiotherapy support, demonstrating adaptability, clinical insight and a commitment to patient-centred care.
