Clinical Pharmacist focused on medicines optimisation and safer, cost-effective care.
What I'm looking for
I’m a proactive, patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist with strong experience in primary care and medicines optimisation. I deliver structured medication reviews that improve prescribing safety and support long-term condition management across GP practices.
I’m well-versed in NICE and NHS guidelines, prescribing governance, and clinical risk management. I work to reduce medicines-related harm while enhancing patient outcomes within Primary Care Networks.
I completed the Independent Prescribing qualification, so I can practise autonomously in primary care. In my current role, I provide a clinical pharmacy service, perform complex polypharmacy medication reviews, reconcile medicines, and assess patients’ ability to manage their medicines.
Beyond clinical practice, I’ve worked as a Locum Pharmacist across multiple UK pharmacy settings, supporting dispensing accuracy and safe, legal medicines supply. I’m also building my data capability through training designed to move from no experience to securing a first data role, including data preparation and analysis in Excel.
