What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging IT role where I can own Azure-hosted Citrix environments end to end, automate troubleshooting, and mentor junior technicians—while continuing to grow my PowerShell, cloud, and endpoint management skills.

I’m an Applications Systems Analyst who designs, deploys, and maintains a Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environment hosted in Microsoft Azure. I also support an on-premise Windows system and build mobile solutions using Microsoft Entra ID-joined laptops with Microsoft Intune, with an emphasis on repeatable processes junior ITS can follow.

I serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) for Citrix and Windows, guiding junior technicians and acting as a final tier in the escalation process for Help Desk. I automate troubleshooting and remote assistance with PowerShell scripts, leverage Splunk (including custom searches and a dashboard for licensing compliance), and manage endpoints and virtual workloads using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Azure portal operations—while using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and KQL queries to diagnose issues faster.
