I am an experienced market researcher with a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative methods, focused on generating actionable insights for the banking and finance sector.

At Human8 I design and execute insight-driven projects including visual surveys, forums, live chats, IDIs, and FGDs, translating complex customer signals into clear recommendations.

Previously I collected and analyzed consumer and competitive data to produce dashboards and reports, and supported brand strategy, content, and reporting for clients in agency and nonprofit roles.
