What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles in real estate acquisitions or asset management where I can lead underwriting, drive portfolio growth, and execute large-scale transactions in Europe.

I am a senior real estate investment professional with deep experience underwriting and executing pan-European residential, retail and mixed-use transactions. I have co-led sourcing and underwriting for ~€1B of residential portfolios and managed large UK BTR and SFH portfolio deals.

My experience includes leading acquisition diligences, developing harmonized financial models across Germany and the UK, and securing joint ventures with top global investors. At CPP Investments I contributed to acquisitions and refinancing mandates including landmark UK retail assets.

I have delivered cross-functional collaboration on ground-up developments, planning, contractor selection and commercial negotiations across the UK, Portugal and South-East Europe. I have also supported business plan execution and asset management for major Central London and regional portfolios.
