I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) IT support professional with hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, computer maintenance, and customer service. I have worked directly with international clients resolving credit card inquiries and delivering high-quality support.

In my role at Telus International I assisted English-speaking customers with credit card issues, consistently meeting performance targets and resolving problems efficiently and professionally. Previously, during an internship at Servicomp S.A., I performed repairs, software installations, and hardware upgrades that strengthened my practical IT skills.

I am completing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Administration with a database specialization and have developed foundational knowledge in database administration alongside my technical experience. I bring a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and effective problem-solving to every role.
