I'm currently supporting the Promoters at G.S. Financial Corporation, coordinating operations across Accounts, Trading, Compliance, CRM, and Administration. I develop SOPs, support software implementation and user acceptance testing, and deliver reporting that informs business decisions.

Before GSFC, I co-founded apjPro – Pranav Infinite Pvt. Ltd. and led operations for more than a decade. I directed Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, and Administration; built cross-functional teams; managed 400+ merchant partners; and introduced workflows, automation, and performance reporting.

At Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., I progressed from Venue Sales Executive to Venue Sales Manager and then Member Relations Head – Rajasthan. I led customer relations operations across the state, trained teams in service excellence and complaint resolution, and managed complex member escalations.

I began at Tata Teleservices in customer retention and progressed to Public Relations Officer, building my foundation in voice, communication, customer engagement, and premium customer relationship management. I bring a practical, people-focused approach to process improvement, accountability, and customer experience.
