What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Assistant Manager role where people leadership and service delivery drive team and client outcomes.

At a family-owned trading and financial services firm, I led a three-person team to 90% of monthly targets by hiring and training team members, setting daily priorities, and coaching performance.

I managed 10–15 clients as their primary contact, onboarded new clients, and handled escalations through to resolution. Five clients renewed during their term, and none were lost.

I built Excel trackers for client contracts and dates, and maintained accurate monthly cash flow reporting for ~₹1 crore with under 1% reporting errors. I delivered KPI and performance reports to the CEO each cycle.
