I am a customer-focused professional with frontline experience across retail, pharmacy and education support, having held roles at Dischem Pharmacy, ACDC Express and as a teacher's assistant.
I have performed cashier and reception duties including cash up and balancing cash floats, invoicing, money handling, capturing, typing and filing, and I am experienced operating switchboards and supporting customers directly.
I hold a Matric (Letshele Senior Secondary, 2010), a Business Administration NQF Level 2 (Services SETA, 2016), a Call Centre Certificate (Umratec College, 2013) and completed a Harambee bridging programme with a work readiness and CogLab certificate.
