I am a goal-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in contract negotiations and intellectual property management. My career has been dedicated to working collaboratively with scientists, regulatory experts, and industry professionals to facilitate successful agreements and partnerships. I have a strong background in drafting and negotiating various types of agreements, including Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), and licensing agreements.

Currently, I serve as an Alliance Manager at PATH, where I lead commercialization efforts and manage complex clinical trial agreements. My previous roles have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of university policies, regulatory frameworks, and the intricacies of sponsored research agreements. I excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
