What I'm looking for
I’m a customer-focused advisor with experience across call centers and customer support roles, helping customers with bookings, refunds, order inquiries, and device troubleshooting. I’m confident communicating clearly, investigating issues thoroughly, and taking ownership until the problem is resolved.
In my customer support work, I handled booking and ticketing inquiries, including flight schedules, availability, check-in and boarding questions, baggage assistance, booking changes, cancellations, and refunds. I also supported EasyJet customers by responding to their needs quickly and accurately while maintaining a helpful service experience.
I’ve supported Amazon USA customers with refunds, order information, and technical help for devices such as fire tablets, Kindle devices, and smart TVs. When issues came in, I performed troubleshooting to guide customers step-by-step toward working solutions.
Before that, I gained strong call-handling fundamentals answering incoming calls, assisting with SIM swops, prepaid/postpaid call support, and contract cancellations and upgrades. I also bring hospitality experience from working as a waitress and host, where I learned to keep service smooth, handle customer needs with professionalism, and stay organized in busy environments.
