What I'm looking for
I’m an HR & Data Analyst with 13+ years of full-cycle HR, people analytics, and compensation & benefits experience. I translate HR data into actionable business insights by building BI analytics systems from scratch and automating reporting end-to-end.
In my current role, I designed ETL pipelines (SQL → Power Query → Power BI) and developed dashboards for headcount turnover, retention, hiring effectiveness, and recruitment funnel analysis. I also implemented C&B analytics—salary differentiation, benefits cost and payroll (FTE) analysis, grading models, and market benchmarking—then aligned key HR metric methodology with senior management.
Earlier, I delivered recurring HR reporting and Power BI/Excel dashboards, supported salary reviews and merit increases, and optimized total compensation structures.
