What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and remain hands-on with cloud-native platform engineering, developer self-service, Kubernetes reliability, technical roadmaps, and mentoring teams.

At Hashgraph Group, I lead a seven-engineer platform team while designing a hybrid AWS and on-premises platform spanning EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, GitOps, developer self-service, and observability.

I’ve spent 20+ years operating Linux infrastructure and 10 years focused on cloud-native platforms, DevOps, and SRE. I standardize Kubernetes lifecycle management with Terraform, Crossplane, Helm, and Argo CD, and build self-service delivery workflows using Backstage, GitHub Actions, Atlantis, Vault, and External Secrets.

Across Shield Financial Compliance, Evolution Gaming, Dafiti Group, and C&A, I’ve improved platform reliability, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and developer workflows across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments.

I remain hands-on from Linux and networking through Kubernetes while setting engineering standards, owning technical roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and building observable, secure internal developer platforms. I hold the complete Kubernetes certification track and Kubestronaut status.
