Developed Kubernetes Operators in Rust to deploy and manage IPFS, Aztec, Canton, Firestarter, and Zenith services. Built and maintained GCP infrastructure, including GKE and CloudSQL, and developed internal CLI tools to automate service management.

Managed all aspects of the Security Engineering Lab Infrastructure, including hardware, virtualization, OS, and networking. Wrote and maintained automated appliance deployment systems using Python, Flask-RESTful, pyvmomi, libvirt, pycimc, and RabbitMQ, reducing deployment time from 4+ hours to 15 seconds.

Designed and implemented better management of production services using Puppet. Managed three Cloudera Hadoop clusters and wrote custom Web Hook API server to interface with Envoy, as well as custom disk space usage trending for the Hadoop clusters.

Managed all aspects of UNIX systems with the assistance of Puppet and FreeIPA. Wrote custom Puppet modules to manage the proper configuration of all pieces of the application stack, and maintained on-premise services such as GitLab, Puppet, and FreeIPA.

Managed KVM/RHEV hosts and the 600+ VMs that ran on them, as well as MySQL, Tomcat, Vertica, and Oracle. Wrote Ansible playbooks and Python code to automate app deployment to Tomcat.

Designed network, storage, and virtualization environments for clients, implemented designs, and supported legacy and new client environments.

Architected many systems including the CommVault backup system, storage, and networking. Authored software to propagate IDM changes to remote systems and built automated systems to build RPM packages and a YUM repo.

Monitored and provided first-line support for applications written to support data rollout services. Wrote a number of tools to assist team members in being able to more effectively do their jobs.
