I’m looking to support international business operations through sales support and customer-focused technical problem solving, using CRM/ERP and AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

I’m a Business Management professional concentrated in International Business, with hands-on experience supporting sales and customers across fast-paced, multicultural environments.
