I’m a senior music & entertainment strategy executive with 15 years of experience leading growth, partnerships, and fan-experience initiatives across live entertainment and digital platforms in LATAM. I’ve driven market launches, built cross-functional operating models, and strengthened stakeholder alignment to scale performance—drawing on experience with Ticketmaster, Amazon Music, and Deezer.
At Ticketmaster, I led Colombia’s first-year expansion post-acquisition, growing headcount from 65 to nearly 80 and increasing annual ticket sales from 1.7M to 2.8M, while overseeing partnerships and commercial operations for major concerts and festivals. At Amazon Music, I spearheaded the market launch in Colombia and expanded to Argentina and Chile, designing localized artist development programs (+40 bps brand awareness in the first year) and executing 360° campaigns across Twitch and Alexa—driving 40M+ reach and onboarding 1,500+ artists.
