What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote job where I can help people learn and grow in their roles.

I have worked customer service most of my adult life. From retail, offices, cooking, healthcare; working both onsite and remote.

I enjoy speaking with people and helping them solve any issues.

In my previous role as Academy Manager, I researched and created content for training videos. I also created the video slides using Canva, recorded the slides using OBS studio and cut the videos using VideoPad Editor.

My biggest achievement was getting David Liddle of TCM Group to come and speak, virtually to our employees.
