I am a Commercial and Sales Operations professional with over 20 years of experience supporting B2B industrial organizations, including Siemens Indonesia, Festo, and PT Taikisha Indonesia Engineering, where I currently serve as Section Chief in the Business & Sales Department.

My experience spans CRM management, tender and proposal coordination, prequalification submissions, commercial documentation, contract review support, and customer communication. I coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to keep information accurate, deadlines on track, and commercial processes moving smoothly.

My achievements include maintaining and tracking more than 1,000 CRM opportunities, coordinating approximately eight major tenders annually, and supporting proposals valued at up to IDR 192 billion. I have also developed a customer satisfaction survey automation using Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Excel, together with a feedback dashboard and action tracker. I am currently developing a digital sales approval workflow using SharePoint and Power Automate and coordinating a corporate website project focused on inbound marketing.

I enjoy turning complex, manual processes into clear workflows, improving visibility through trackers and dashboards, and helping teams follow through on commitments. My interests include business process improvement, workflow automation, customer experience, and practical applications of AI in everyday operations.
