What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations or administration role where I can coordinate cross-functional workflows, manage procurement-to-invoice documentation in SAP, and support sales and trade marketing execution with organized, audit-ready reporting.

I’ve spent the last 4+ years supporting business operations and executive administration at Johnson & Johnson Indonesia, coordinating travel, meeting logistics, expense reports, and business documentation for leadership. I also manage cross-functional workflows with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, IT, and external vendors to keep operational activities accurate and on time.

On the trade side, I track PO lifecycles in SAP, validate invoices and tax invoices with supporting documentation, and draft and manage customer agreements and agency contracts through smooth approval workflows. Before that, I supported growth and trade marketing work at Sayurbox and Ekaputra Prada, plus trade promotion and data support at Asia Pulp & Paper Sinarmas, and administrative recruiting support during my Human Capital trainee role.
