In my current role as Subject Matter Expert - Data Management and Systems Configuration, I support end-to-end implementation and transition of US healthcare and insurance benefits programs.
At Global Administration Inc, I configured healthcare benefits enrollment systems to client specifications and prepared, validated, and imported employee and dependent enrollment data. I also performed data quality checks and enrollment testing, and supported EDI file builds and error report reviews.
At Proview Global Administration, I created, reviewed, and audited client-specific reports for accuracy and completeness. I also maintained client benefits enrollment websites using HTML and CSS.
Across these roles, I reviewed system configurations and enrollment workflows, checked data integrity, and supported issue resolution. My work has included requirements analysis, system setup, implementation, and benefits administration.
