I’m looking to grow as a live mobile Game Designer, owning FTUE, progression, and monetization decisions. I want to work with teams that value data-informed iteration, clear specs, and systems balancing to improve retention and conversions.

I’m a Game Designer with live mobile production experience, specializing in FTUE optimization, player progression systems, and monetization flow design. I helped drive a 20% increase in Day 1 revenue through data-informed onboarding and conversion improvements, and I’m strong in systems balancing and retention analysis.

In my internship at SkyLink Studio (9/2025–12/2025), I redesigned the First-Time User Experience (FTUE), delivering a 20% revenue lift. I analyzed player behavior data to identify early drop-off points and implemented targeted system adjustments to improve retention.

Across monetization and progression, I optimized in-game pop-up timing and monetization logic to reduce friction while maintaining conversion performance. I also supported economy work like currency sources, sinks, and upgrade costs, and contributed to level pacing/difficulty scaling based on early-game performance.

I collaborate closely with developers and designers, documenting feature updates with clear design specifications in GDD/specs and Unity system changes. I build with Figma, Miro, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, and Photoshop, and I’m excited to keep improving player experience through iterative, cross-functional production.
