What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote position where I can contribute efficiency, structure, and automation to business processes.

At Banistmo, I administer the bank’s BPM platform and act as Product Owner for its BPM migration project. I also develop no-code applications and automated workflows to digitize internal processes.

I build and administer KPI dashboards to track process management, and oversee the annual certification of controls, risks, and processes. I also maintain the bank’s procedures map and publish updated policies and procedures.

At Banco Davivienda Panamá, I analyzed process change requests and served as the link between the provider and users to adjust processes in the BPM tool. I also designed and documented processes, procedures, and policies.

Earlier, at ASSA Compañía de Seguros and Generali, I identified automation opportunities using UiPath and Power Platform, analyzed processes, and managed company documents. At Copa Airlines, I standardized flight operations processes between Panama and Colombia and supported the business case for a new Flight Plan system.
