I’m a business operations and process improvement professional who helps teams turn operational complexity into clear, efficient, and scalable systems. I improve processes, organize information, automate manual work, and use data to support better decision-making.

In my recent role at BDO Panama, I supported IT control reviews and process assessments across access management, change management, business continuity, vendor management, asset inventories, and operational risk. I prepared risk-control matrices, process documentation, executive reports, and actionable recommendations—connecting technology risks with operational, financial, and strategic business impact.

Earlier, I built Excel-based automation tools as a freelance consultant and drove measurable efficiency improvements in business operations at Procter & Gamble through data analysis—achieving efficiency improvements exceeding 65% and reducing report generation time by 70% through automated daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
