At Banistmo, I manage relationships with international credit rating agencies and serve as the lead negotiator on commercial agreements. I’ve achieved significant cost savings without interrupting service.
I also manage relationships with institutional investors, investment funds, banks, and family offices, and support debt issuance through due diligence, prospectus reviews, and contractual documentation. I co-designed the bank’s Sustainable Bond Framework, including ESG due diligence and environmental and social risk criteria.
At Banco General, I designed and implemented retention and growth strategies for debit and credit card portfolios. I developed Power BI dashboards and customer growth projections to support management decisions.
Earlier, at KPMG Panamá, I supported credit risk consulting and audit work, calculated PD, LGD, and EAD, and built forward-looking macroeconomic models. My experience also includes financial analysis and process automation, and I hold degrees and further study in industrial engineering, law, accounting, and Big Data and Business Analytics.
