I am a Hospitality & Reservations Specialist with over 10 years of experience in Reservations, Sales and Customer Service within the hotel industry. Throughout my career, I have managed individual and group reservations, OTA bookings, guest requests, pre-arrival communication, modifications and cancellations, quotations and follow-ups. I also have experience in upselling and cross-selling, as well as coordinating with Reception and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. I enjoy working with people, solving problems and providing reliable, personalized support to international guests. I am organized, flexible and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

I am currently looking for a fully remote opportunity in Tourism & Hospitality, particularly in Reservations, Guest Experience, Customer Support or Hospitality Tech. I am also open to working with international companies and remote teams.
