What I'm looking for
I’m a People Operations Manager and HR Tech professional with 8+ years of experience, bringing a strong HR Tech, SaaS, and AI mindset to delivery. I lead end-to-end People Operations across the full employee lifecycle—Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.
In my current role, I manage and personally handle complex workforce, performance, and employee relations matters while maintaining operational ownership and execution. I step in on critical HR processes, education escalations, and sensitive cases, and I establish standards and scalable practices for the People team. I also serve as the primary People Operations Point of Contact (POC) for ISO 27001:2022.
Previously, I led HR audit readiness and evidence management for SOC 2, coordinating auditors and strengthening controls. I’ve also handled labor compliance through investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation, while ensuring data privacy adherence aligned with Philippine labor laws. I oversee HR systems, analytics, and automation to protect data integrity and deliver actionable people insights to leadership.
