What I'm looking for

I’m looking to scale People Operations with an HR Tech, SaaS, and AI mindset—staying compliant, data-driven, and hands-on with complex employee matters. I want to partner with business leaders and strengthen audit readiness, systems, analytics, and automation.

I’m a People Operations Manager, Product Manager, and HR Tech professional with 8+ years of experience across HR operations, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions. I lead end-to-end People Operations covering Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.

In my current role, I handle complex workforce, performance, and employee relations matters while driving operational excellence and scalable HR practices. I also serve as the primary People Operations Point of Contact (POC) for ISO 27001:2022 and previously led HR audit readiness and evidence management for SOC 2.

Alongside HR leadership, I work as a Product Manager for HR Tech and internal platforms focused on employee experience, compliance, and operational efficiency. I also actively build and prototype solutions using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, helping transform operational needs into scalable systems, automations, and internal tools.

I’m passionate about combining People Operations, Product, and AI to build smarter and more efficient employee experiences.
