What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a residential mortgage role where I can ensure HMDA/TRID accuracy, run AUS effectively, clear conditions, and coordinate smooth closings—using Encompass and Excel to improve communication, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

I’m a seasoned mortgage processor with extensive experience managing loan pipelines from application to closing. I specialize in utilizing Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) and maintaining compliance with lending guidelines while delivering strong customer service and communication across borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters.

In my current role as a Processor, I analyze credit and collateral documents, submit files to underwriting, and ensure accurate HMDA information for both approved and denied loans. I clear loan conditions, resolve routine title issues (including vesting issues and liens), and run Mavent Compliance to verify loans meet TRID and other regulatory requirements.

Earlier, I worked as a Guidance Residential Underwriter and as a Residential Account Manager / Sr. Loan Processor—reviewing documentation to verify buyer, property, and co-ownership conditions against FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA investor guidelines. I conducted thorough analysis of income, assets, liabilities, and complex financial statements, and I also ran AUS (e.g., DU, LPA) while identifying potential fraud or risk indicators.

I bring additional depth from broader mortgage and loss mitigation operations, including roles at Vellum Mortgage, Washington First Mortgage/Sandy Spring Bank, and Freddie Mac. I’ve served as a Subject Matter Expert for the Louisiana Road Home Program, created automated checklists and departmental spreadsheets for tracking accuracy/error rates, and believe in continuous process improvement, professionalism, and clear, helpful guidance throughout the loan journey.
