Structured Conventional and FHA loans by FANNIE/FREDDIE guidelines for underwriting and processing based on credit, LTV/CLTV, and product programs.

Registered new loan applications and calculated Good Faith Estimates. Reviewed rate lock and point objectives for precision and potential problems, ensuring overage and underage approval and waiver of fees or discounts.
