I am a bilingual (English–Spanish) interpreter with over three years of focused experience supporting medical and legal communication, managing high-volume inbound calls, and coordinating appointments. I bring strong verbal and written communication, CRM and scheduling software proficiency, and a track record of punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.

I have worked with healthcare providers, U.S. law firms, and remote clients to facilitate accurate interpretation and maintain precise records, consistently building client trust and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency. I hold a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) and am committed to delivering professional, client-centered language services.
