I lead Human Resources end to end for Opatrip.com, a U.S.-based premium tourism company operating in over 180 countries, supporting a fully remote, multi-country workforce. I own talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, compensation administration, policy development, and HR systems—building governance that gives distributed teams clarity and accountability.
I’ve designed and implemented a structured five-stage recruitment framework, established complete onboarding and offboarding programs, and built a centralized performance management infrastructure. I also automate key HR workflows (compensation tracking, milestone recognition, and reporting) and author core organizational policies for leave, working hours, communication standards, and remote data security, including an internship program in partnership with universities.
