I’m a dedicated HR professional specializing in recruitment and end-to-end talent acquisition, with hands-on experience across sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offer/appointment letter preparation. In my roles, I focus on maintaining a transparent, efficient hiring process and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Currently as an Executive, Human Resource at The Daily Star, I manage HRIS updates for accurate employee data and reporting, and I oversee employee leave and attendance in line with company policies. I also support HR operations through documentation, payroll coordination, and policy execution—while assisting with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Previously, as an HR Officer in Recruitment at Sheba Platform Ltd., I improved hiring quality by creating and analyzing candidate assessment and comparison sheets. I designed and executed onboarding programs to help new employees become productive quickly, and I strengthen day-to-day coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders.
