What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in a dynamic organization that offers opportunities to grow and perform to high standards while contributing to organizational and personal growth.

At global Payex technologies private Ltd., I work as a Technical/Senior Customer Support executive (operations) on a B2B platform. I use Postman and SQL queries to test APIs, check transaction databases, and fix payment processing errors.

I manage high-volume ticket queues on Talisma and resolve merchant queries. I also identify platform bugs, test them in UAT and QA environments, and escalate detailed reports to Engineering teams.

I explain technical payment issues in simple terms to help merchants resolve payout holds. Previously, I worked as a Senior Telecalling officer at HDB financial services, handling recovery calls and working toward Daily Recovery Resolution milestones.
