What I'm looking for

I want to help teams scale Sales and Service operations with clean Salesforce configuration, reliable deployments, and automation (Flows/Workflows). I’m at my best collaborating with Sales Operations, maintaining strong security, and improving visibility through reports and dashboards.

I’m a detail-focused Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of experience optimizing CRM processes and streamlining workflows across Sales and Service Cloud. I bring strong hands-on expertise across Classic and Lightning UI, working across Production and Sandbox environments.

In my roles, I’ve been a single resource on the Salesforce platform for a US-based Sales Operations team, collaborating closely with Sales Operations to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions. I build and customize Salesforce apps with custom objects, fields, validation rules, formula fields, field-level dependencies, page layouts, and record types—and I migrate and manage data using DataLoader and Workbench with Insert/Update/Upsert and mass delete operations.

I also strengthen org execution through security and automation: managing OWD options, profiles and permission sets, role-based sharing, territory management, and creating reports and dashboards for performance visibility. I’m Salesforce Certified (ADM201) and I enjoy work that connects clean configuration, reliable deployments (Changesets), and continuous end-user support—along with my earlier HR background where I handled end-to-end recruitment and interviewing.
