I'm looking for an entry-level IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Junior IT role where I can keep learning while providing reliable technical support.

I've built and managed a personal homelab since 2024, using it to develop practical IT support, networking, Linux, and virtualization skills. I manage virtual machines and containers in Proxmox VE and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, connectivity, network, and server issues.

I configure DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and self-hosted services including Pi-hole, Home Assistant, Jellyfin, SMB file sharing, and Sunshine/Moonlight. I'm looking to bring my hands-on troubleshooting and documentation experience to an entry-level IT support, help desk, service desk, or junior IT opportunity.
